Throughout the years of dealing with them I have always found them to be skilled, accommodating and professional. They always make an extra effort to make sure I'm satisfied with what ever I ask of them. Not to mention the beautiful new building they built in 2018, just for Porsche sales and service, makes going there even more pleasant. I couldn't really ask for anything more from a dealership. The service folks ar On Monday, 4/8/19 I'd come in for an alignment, and while it took considerably longer than expected, I'm always happy to be here. The service folks are great (thank you, Emily!), and the new lounge is nice as well. I like being able to bring my work here, and they've got nice drinks/snacks/coffee to keep you satisfied. When I left they advised me to come back in today, Thursday, for an airbag recall, and here I am again--excited to be surrounded by such nice toys while I do work and they take care of me. Same niceness as last time. I love this place. And definitely a different feel than any of the other dealerships I've been to recently (Subaru, Ford, Kia, Jeep, etc). These guys are on a whole other level. I still give them a 5-star on price because, on this GL550, it takes a special alignment. At $250, I honestly thought it would be a lot more, and I know these guys have quite the bill to pay for this land/building/etc. So, yes, it's not cheap here, but I liked that I didn't feel taken advantage of either. More
