A total waist of time Me and my husband are new in the US. We entered Toyota Ardmore in order to lease a car. We have been talking via emails and appointments for one month now until we have settled on a price for a car. Now, eventually after receiving a social number and ID- we were just told that the price is now 250 dollars more per month. This is due to the credit card score. So I am wondering- you see new residents in the USA- why don’t you tell them that there are two price options based on the credit score!!! Why waist so much time and energy of people. We are very disappointed in the service we have got and we hope the next time people will be aware of the sudden change of the price based on the credit score. This should be told from the very beginning. I would not recommend Toyota Ardmore to anyone. More

Ardmore Toyota Stand up to their Promise I had issues with one staff member screwing up the deal I was working on with him ,General Manager Frank took care of the incident so beautifully and I had issues with one staff member screwing up the deal I was working on with him ,General Manager Frank took care of the incident so beautifully and responsibly that I would recommend all to have their next car from Ardmore Toyota. They stand on to their promise and ensured that customer goes out with a smile and happy face. Specially the staff member name Bobby tahmas is brilliant . He knows what he does and what is expected from a customer view point . What more you want as a customer when you are getting attention from the general manager , this shows how clean and transparent their system works. After visiting more than 15 dealerships I thought I was not going to be able to find my dream car. I took one last try and checked out Ardmore Toyota. It was the best decision of my life. The dealership provided hands down the best service, price, and experience. The salesperson who made everything go seamlessly was Qasim Azad. He took care of me the whole time and made sure I was communicated with everything, and there were no surprises! I am so thankful for Qasim to be there to help me find my dream car! My sister and I drove from Delaware looking at a particular used Toyota Camry.After our test drive and letting the salesman Londale Walden know that w My sister and I drove from Delaware looking at a particular used Toyota Camry.After our test drive and letting the salesman Londale Walden know that we wanted the car,also having the sales manager I only know as Harry estimate the trade in value of our trade.While waiting on a trade value Harry took the key to the Camry from me and must have given it to another salesman because after 2 hours of negotiating and waiting for Londale (because he left us sit in the showroom while he talked to other prospective buyers)he told us he could not sell us the car because they sold it to someone else as we negotiated a final price.Harry apologized and "took the blame"but refused to make it right.I will never do business with Ardmore Toyota again and should hope that if Harry is allowed to keep his job he should be retrained in customer relations. More
