I purchased a previously owned Toyota Avalon form this dealer a number of years ago at the time was satisfied with the car and the staff at that time. Recently my wife and I went there to see about buyin dealer a number of years ago at the time was satisfied with the car and the staff at that time. Recently my wife and I went there to see about buying a new RAV4. Before a test drive I was asked to produce both my drivers license nad my auto insurance card. This is something new to me. Of all the dealers we have gone to, none have asked for us to show our insurance card. Secondly, not only did not want to make a copy of my license, they wanted to scan it into their computer data base. So instead of my information being used for their security while I was there and then being gotten rid of, all my information could be stored on their data base. I did not want to have this done. I told the salesman he could copy my license and then we were done I wanted that copy destroyed At first he seemed to comply with my wishes, however he then told his supervisor. The next thing I knew, his boss came over and told me that “ in order to proceed they would need to scan my license. Why I asked, He said it was for protection from identity theft. I immediately told him we were not going to proceed and we left. Identity theft, Really? Who’s identity was he protecting.Certainly not mine. We have purchased a new car from a different dealer. It’s amazing how some companies and their employees think that they have the power to create rules that we are asked to obey without question and total disregard for our security or wishes. Hope they lose more sales do to their obvious disregard for the rights of prospective customers. More

I purchased a used 2018 Highlander from this dealer and I am very disappointed with the service I got from them ,they agree to clean the headliner . So they kept the car for two weeks for cleaning ,but they am very disappointed with the service I got from them ,they agree to clean the headliner . So they kept the car for two weeks for cleaning ,but they didn’t do the good job and after I pick the car up I got an answer from John Suppa this is as good as they can get to clean it . Also they want me to pay for the second key for the car originally the car came only with one key on top of that right now the car smells like the ashtray previous owner probably was a heavy smoker as you know it’s very hard to get rid of the smoke cigarette from the car. I called general manager of Sales Frank’s Sorrentino and I also called Sales client care Center spoke with Amanda Ettinger and as of today I don’t have any answers. They probably taking advantage of me because I’m immigrant and I kind of maybe not speak English well or maybe they don’t understand me well so I feel like I’ve been discriminated by them. So be careful when you go there to looking for the car or purchased the car from them I wouldn’t recommend the dealership to anybody to buy used or new car I don’t know where they get all these 5 stars reviews from but I think they are all fake. I can probably write a book about it but I’m gonna leave it the way it is it’s more story to it so think twice before you go to Ardmore Toyota to buy a car because you might be surprised by the end of the day. He answered all our questions, especially the safety features of the model, with much detail. Pricing for the car was straightforward and reasonable, something we appreciate very much. To note, the sales representatives of Toyota Ardmore are not commissioned. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for new and pre-owned vehicles. Earlier this year, we purchased a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage for our son. Three years ago, we purchased a car for my husband and have been very pleased with the performance and service for both cars. The staff at Toyota Ardmore are very helpful, personable and they come across as caring individuals through our experience of buying our three cars from the dealership. They are supportive of their customers with great service and while we have been there, of one another in the showroom, including those who were cleaning and prepping the cars that had been sold and ready for delivery to the customers. The salesp This review is posted very late. I got my Camry XLE in March 2010 (over 10 years ago) and the whole buying experience was extremely smooth. The salesperson was Steve Reese and I do remember him till date, he was so very professional! In these 10 years, I have relocated from PA to Chicago area, then northern California and finally to Los Angeles area. This car went with me everywhere. Even after 10 years, it was an extremely smooth car, much quieter and comfortable than several contemporary cars. I just sold the car to a very nice family and it went for a very good price. Since I keep my cars for about 10 years, my family decided to go in for an electric car and I just bought a Tesla Model Y; but the ride quality of this 10 year old car was better in my opinion! Had Toyota introduced a complete electric Camry I would have bought it in a heartbeat, and would have asked for help from Steve even though I am now across the other end of the Country! Also another interesting fact: At time of Camry purchase, it was late in night, cold after dark and an African-American gentleman was working hard waxing my car. I did not get an opportunity to thank him but want to acknowledge his work was excellent. Till the time I owned the car, I always kept it waxed. Also, Ardmore Toyota had kept a complementary hand sanitizer in the center console of the car which I never used. 10 years after purchase, at time of coronavirus outbreak & at time of sanitizer shortage, I somehow found the bottle in the car. It was still sealed well, and had a good alcohol content for sanitizer function and so very useful. So awesome! Thanks Steve and Ardmore Toyota! More

This dealer had a 2007 Pris listed with far fewer miles than mine and in what seemed like good condition. Since I really liked my Prius I thought I could buy this one and get a few years out of it. I made the assumption / mistake of thinking that since I was working with a major dealer with a good reputation that I could skip the step of taking the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase check. As soon as I got the car home I started hearing a scraping sound as I was driving. I took it in they said it needed a new bearing. They did replace that for free and gave me a rental so that was good but implied that they did not check the car out which I assumed they did. Also at highway speeds there is a whistling sound which the mechanic said could be a body panel misalignment but it would probably not be worth fixing. It also makes other unusual sounds that the mechanic did not address. Also there was some minor body work that they said they would repair and they did but they did the quick dirty version. The repair very obvious and off color. Long story short, in general I don't think this dealer is more or less sleazy than average but if you buy a used car from them, just think of them like you're dealing with a typical road side used car dealer, do a through test drive that includes a stint on the highway and get an independent evaluation. I think of the blame here as 50/50. More

We searched for over a month and I am very fussy (a prospective buy had to have a Carfax report, be in good condition with low mileage, and had to be a Toyota or Honda). After a lot of unsuccessful searching in Chester County- ( cars just didn't have the quality we were looking for)I came across Ardmore Toyota. Well, "the mister" is now driving a 2006 Toyota Corolla and is totally happy!! The car is in great shape , fits his needs, and has received "the smile" and "thumbs up" from our mechanic !!! We are happy and very thankful for the very courteous and helpful service which we received from Ardmore Toyota, specifically from Sales Consultant Aaron Serious and General Sales Manager, Frank Sorrentino. I am now glad that we drove those extra miles (approx. 30 miles one way) to Ardmore Toyota and we highly recommend this dealership. Thank you, again Aaron and Frank!! More
