Do not buy used vehicles from them. They do not disclose to the customers that their used cars ware in major accidents, they repair them and sell as regular "clean cars" with "clean" Carfax reports. Two yea to the customers that their used cars ware in major accidents, they repair them and sell as regular "clean cars" with "clean" Carfax reports. Two years ago it was the best dealership to deal with but now they provide poor customer service, appraise your vehicles low and always try to make big money on your problems. More
I purchased a 2010 Prius with all of the special options including the solar panel roof, navigation, blue tooth and more! The sales staff and management at Ardmore Toyota are the best in the business and i including the solar panel roof, navigation, blue tooth and more! The sales staff and management at Ardmore Toyota are the best in the business and if anyone in the USA wants to purchase and type of Toyota or Scion, I would tell them to contact Ardmore Toyota first. Pay the shipping and have it sent to wherever you live, its worth it! I travel alot for business and my salesperson was in contact with me throughout the process from the initial visit to the dealership, updates on the production date of my special ordered vehicle, and even the process of the purchase price and financing options were easy to understand and this made the experience even better. A friendly and knowledgeable staff from sales to finance to service. They are all trained to be the best at their job and I would not only recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or quality used car, I will definitely be purchasing other vehicles from them soon! It is nice to finally find a dealership that understands that each customer needs to be treated to first class customer service and they will be loyal for life. To everyone at Ardmore Toytoa - keep up the good work! More
I had a great experience...again. My first car I bought, Camry, was at Central City Toyota years ago, and I just bought a used Toyota 4Runner from Ardmore Toyota recently. (Both of these dealerships are own Camry, was at Central City Toyota years ago, and I just bought a used Toyota 4Runner from Ardmore Toyota recently. (Both of these dealerships are owned by the same people). This was my first used vehicle that I ever purchased and I was 100% satisfied with everything from the price down to the customer service I received. I shopped the internet for this car and I got a very quick response from Ardmore Toyota. They got back to me right away! Other places I inquired at did not get back to me at all, which was surprising. I already sent my friend, as well a co-worker of mine, to buy from Ardmore Toyota, which is why I am writing this today. They had a great experience and thanked me for sending them to Ardmore Toyota. It's nice to know my friends were treated great as well from the people at Ardmore. It is important for people to know that after dealing with Ardmore Toyota, I would trust and recommend them to anyone. They truly were sincere every step of the way in my purchase...and my 4Runner is amazing! More
I purchased a 2009 Venza V6, AWD, premium package #2, sunroof, navigation, floor mats, wheel locks. Magnetic gray/light gray. Sticker: $38,335 Price paid: $34,220 plus tax, doc fee ($120), and reg sunroof, navigation, floor mats, wheel locks. Magnetic gray/light gray. Sticker: $38,335 Price paid: $34,220 plus tax, doc fee ($120), and registration. I was thrilled to get at-invoice pricing. Ardmore Toyota had to order the car but it took less than 4 weeks. I had solicited quotes from just about every Philly-area Toyota dealer, and Ardmore was the best. Going to autotrader.com and obtaining a "trade-in guarantee" kept me from getting hammered on the trade-in (a 2004 Jeep Liberty). I'd do business with Ardmore Toyota again in a heartbeat - good to work with and extremely competitive on price. More
This past Saturday I went to Ardmore Toyota concerned because my Sienna van was slipping and sliding in the rain. I was very worried because it was a definate safety issue and I drive a lot. The service because my Sienna van was slipping and sliding in the rain. I was very worried because it was a definate safety issue and I drive a lot. The service department was so quick to help me despite the fact that it was a very busy Saturday. It turned out I needed new front tires. Although they could have sold me all four tires they told me I only needed two. They were also very good about educating me about why you move the back tires to the front and put the new ones on the back. I appreciated their attentiveness, quick service and willingness to educate me, the consumer. I know I have been to other service departments and been over sold, even more so because I am a woman. The waiting room is large and comfortable, though very crowded on Sat. My kids really appreciated the hot chocolate and soft pretzels avaiable free for them. While waiting we walked into the adjacent new car building to browse, really just to kill time. My kids thought it was a real treat - checking out the cars and especially playing the golf game they had free of charge. The sales men were more than willing to answer my curiosity questions about the new cars and I never felt pressured to really consider buying. More
I contacted the dealer about an internet listing. I was very specific about the exact car and made an appointment to see it that same day. I even asked a follow up question and got a response. When I arr very specific about the exact car and made an appointment to see it that same day. I even asked a follow up question and got a response. When I arrived they showed me a different car (higher mileage and price). When I said it was not the one I inquired about I was told it was sold the night before. While apologetic, it was a classic bait and switch. Don't go to these guys. They cannot be trusted. More
Either I pulled in too many questions or a bait and switch was used on me. I was brought in from an online ad for a 2005 Corolla . Someone from their internet team called me and told me the car was at switch was used on me. I was brought in from an online ad for a 2005 Corolla . Someone from their internet team called me and told me the car was at their central Toyota dealership for $9,995. I was informed it would be driven to Ardmore PA. I began to drive out to Ardmore and a few minutes later was told no one could take it to Ardmore so it was still at Central Toyota. I head to Central Toyota and am informed that the car has been sold, yet the ad is still online and a week later still no update on carfax that the car has been sold. They offer me a Corolla S instead with 32,000 miles. Asking price, 10,334+2 year warranty for $11,000 on a car listed on the sticker for $12,995. I head over the next day and the salesman that spoke to me had a chat with his sales manager for 20-30 minutes before informing me that, again this model has been sold. I ask someone else unrelated to go to the lot and ask about the same model. They are told it is for sale at $12,500. My mistake here was asking them to haggle, when the salesman gave an unrealistically low price the sales manager seemed to step in and cut off his sale before it could be completed. Dishonesty like this right off the bat doesn't bode well when the time comes to close the sale. More

I've learned my lesson now. Don't buy from a dealer just because they are cheaper than another dealer. Toyota's are great cars but before buying one see my review below with Ardmore Toyota. I recommend th because they are cheaper than another dealer. Toyota's are great cars but before buying one see my review below with Ardmore Toyota. I recommend the Devon dealer instead if you are looking to buy a Toyota. I almost bought from them but there price was $200 more but they were very friendly and helpful. Not the case with Ardmore. They were very unfriendly sales reps and might I add lazy. The Devon dealer really did all the work for them. The dealer at Devon was very informative this was not the case with Ardmore Toyota. I wish I saw this other negative review on Ardmore before I bought my new car. They did give me the price I wanted in order to beat Devon's price, no complaints there but after I drove the car for a day I realized I had some leg room issues. I have a torn minicus in my left knee and I need plenty of leg room so that knee doesn't get swallon. I realized after I bought my Corolla just the next day taht it wasn't going to work with the leg room. The dealer at Ardmore promised me they would trade it for something that would work for me and I would not have to pay anymore. They told me they could trade my new Corolla for a used 2007 Camery with 20,000 miles and that i would not have to pay a cent more. This was not the case. When I got there they said the price was $3,500 more. I said just forget it! One employee made this promise to me but when I showed up he had stood me up and had told the guys in his department I was coming. This is how they were able to back out of the deal. These guys were very unsympathic to my situation and just wanted to make a more money on me on the second deal in a matter of 2 days which I felt they were trying to take advantage of my health problem. I'm trying to get used to the bad leg room in the Corolla instead but I may have to put the Corolla up 4 sale even though it would be a good car otherwise. More

I was impressed An Excellent purchasing experience. My first visit to Ardmore Toyota was in June. A client of mine purchased a new Camry Hybrid. I was impressed by the low pressure approach and the positive attitude demonstrated by A. J. Bell. When I visited this month to purchase a new Camry for myself, I was pleased. A J and I were working toward a common goal: he wanted to sell and I wanted to buy --- we weren't adversaries. It was a "win-win" negotiation process. The result was that I purchased a new 2008 Camry LE with aftermarket leather and heated seats. The aftermarket leather was in my choice of color and was softer than factory leather. The car arrived earlier than I expected and had a couple of unexpected extras at no cost to me. It is a fabulous car. I switched from a Lexus ES to a Camry because a Camry has many Lexus ES type features at a substantially lower price. I also wanted the greater fuel efficiency that Camry delivers. I am a Certified Financial Planner and have recommmended Ardmore Toyota and A J Bell to several clients interested in purchasing a new Toyota. More
