I called to see if the car was still available, and I totally lucked out when Nico answered the call. The rest was smooth sailing! Nico arranged for the car to get to Edgemont to be checked out by our mechanics there. This was our first time buying a car, and honestly the best experience we had at any dealership. My family members are all loyal Toyota Ardmore customers, and they referred my husband, and I here, and we best experience we had at any dealership. We met Michael about a month ago, when we were shopping for a used Toyota within our budget, and he was extremely personable, patient, and honest, with us. After we realized we couldn’t find anything within our budget, Michael kindly informed us to keep an eye out on the website, and something would eventually pop up. We actually went to the nearby Honda dealerships that very same day, and unfortunately were horrified/traumatized by our experiences with them. Since Michael was our first experience, we were under the assumption that everyone else would be like him, but were proven otherwise. After that, we decided we wouldn’t even look for a car elsewhere, and only wanted to make our purchase from Michael at Toyota Ardmore. On Friday, April 19th, we found the car we were looking for on Ardmore Toyota’s website, and contacted the dealership immediately asking for Michael. We were connected to him right away, and were helped immediately. Michael made sure the car we were looking to purchase was ready for us, and had everything we needed before we came in to test drive it on Saturday morning. Michael was so trust worthy during the whole experience, kept his word, and did not pressure us at all, and told us there’s no commitment unless we see the car, test drive it, and want it. When we came in, saw the car, and test drove it, we knew this was the one, and was exactly what we needed and were looking for. From there, Michael patiently walked us through the entire purchase/signing of the car, and even helped us get the best deal possible for car insurance. We were also having some difficulties signing the car insurance agreement policy, and he immediately called the agent back, and made sure we were taken care of even after purchasing and signing for the car. Michael went out of his way during the entire process, to make sure we were taken care of, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his honesty, help, and the whole experience. Thank you Michael, and thank you Toyota Ardmore for having people like Michael representing you. We will definitely be coming back here in the future, and will continue to refer our friends and family to this particular branch, and Michael Karp! More
