My experience with Ardmore Toyota on 3/7/2015 I would like to write about the wonderful experience I had when I visited Ardmore Toyota on March 17, 2015. I spoke and came in originally on 3/17/15 I would like to write about the wonderful experience I had when I visited Ardmore Toyota on March 17, 2015. I spoke and came in originally on 3/17/15 and I met with Kim Gallia and Cecil James. They treated me with the up most respect and let me chose the car I wanted and not force me to get the car they wanted me to get. Kim went over and beyond the call of expertise. I have never been treated the way Kim Gallia treated me and she is definitely true to her word. I do plan to get another jeep from and there and I hope Kim will be there to assist me. She handled everything for me in a professional way. Like I said I have never had the experience that I had on 3/17/2015 from Kim and Cecil. I wish everyone was like them. I have visited Ardmore Toyota several times and this was the first time I truly felt good when I left because of the respect I got when I walked in the door. Some of those sales people treat you like nothing if you have credit issues or other things going on. She wasn't quick to judge, but rather she asked what was going on and came up with a solution. In other words she didn't judge the book by the cover. She read it first. Cecil James was very kind and patient. Made sure I was comfortable while everything was going on. They both went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything and not in car terms, But in terms I understood. I give a shout out to Kim Gallia and Cecil James. I heard Cecil James hasn't been there long. Well I hope they both stay there because the co needs people like them. I work in the public area also. People should not be judged. Get to know their situation because everyone's situation is different and that's what Kim did. Thanks Kim and Cecil for everything. I want everybody who reads this to deal with them Kim Gallia and Cecil James, you won't regret it. More

Ed's a friendly guy and there was no hard sell, even when we explained that we were going to test the Honda CR-V before deciding. The negotiation was quick and painless and the closing took less time than most other car transactions we have had. The dealership is clean, modern and takes the customer's comfort into account. Tori in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. She explained all of the warranty and service options and when we declined, she simply moved on. And the "technology genius" was very nice and did a good job of explaining the car's features. More

My Very First "New" Car Purchase I appreciated the way I was greeted upon arrival. For me, that was HUGE! My motto is, "I can tell how I'll be treated by the way I am greeted!" (Feel free to quote me :~D) Having gone to other dealerships, I knew almost upon arrival that I was going to get the car I WANTED and NOT the car A SALESPERSON WANTED ME TO HAVE, at Ardmore Toyota. I showed Bobby Tahmas the ad I had printed from the website, he immediately took me to MY car, and it was love at first sight (with the car - ha, ha, ha...). He was no pressure, all personality - even laughing at my corny jokes - and extremely professional. In short, he was everything a great salesperson should be. I appreciated his honesty, forthrightness, and his levity at all the right moments. There is so much more I COULD say, but we'll let what's been said suffice. The only other thing I WILL say at this point, having been a Toyota owner for 4 days now is, "Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, WHAT A FEELING!" More

I thought a certain car was my desired vehicle but had a little bit of doubt and he was very open to me testing a car I was considering. I tried both on the same "circuit" and was able to compare their driving styles easily. He was able to offer information that other sales people did not talk about that added to my ability to decide the car that was best for me. We discussed pricing and it was straight forward without any added gotchas. The pricing he offered was the best that I received. I am very happy with my new car and Q's experience made the choice easy. Thank you Q. More

Thanks to my service advisor DREW! AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I wanted to thank my service adviser Drew for all of his help today. Even though the Service department seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, Drew was able I wanted to thank my service adviser Drew for all of his help today. Even though the Service department seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, Drew was able to get me in & out for a battery replacement in a timely manner & was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends & family. Oh by the way, this was for my Lexus. He was able to track down the previous Toyota dealership (in Texas) that sold me the battery.
