My husband and I are very pleased with how much Ardmore Toyota cares about their customers!! We encountered a problem, and as soon as Tini, our sale rep, was made aware of it, he took immediate action to Toyota cares about their customers!! I had my car in for its yearly inspection as well as a few small problems. The service department really listened to my concerns, kept me well informed, and were easy to communicate with. The costs were made very clear up front and, in fact, the final cost came in under the estimation. Bought a Rav4 2021 used. First, I was there almost 5 hours. I tried the car once and when I asked to see it again, I was told it was in detailing, so I was not given a chance to inspect it. I finished when they were closing. I am the one who reminded the sales guy (Steven) that I needed an extended warranty, and I am glad I remembered, he said "oh I thought you would not want it!!!! "Am I not to choose what I want??? When I took the car home, I realized 1- it had no user manual, 2-it has 785 miles more than what was stated in the contact, when I told them, they said we will correct it, and they did not. 3-it gave me battery low 4-The car back door did not open for 3 days. I had to go back to the dealership to get things fixed. I met with the Service Manager Josh who was nice, he inspected the car and made sure everything was working. They do not do any discounts and when I asked, I was told by a car broker later that the car should be $2000 cheaper. They agent was disrespectful to me and my daughter did not feel comfortable. Even the sales manager Qasim, he sends you an email that if you need anything to talk to him, and when you ask for him, he sends someone else who argues a lot (Ron) because you have a problem that they caused. They do not provide you with Toyota app advantages like Sirus FM... unlike other dealerships when you purchase even a used car. Also, you have to wait for your papers to be sent unlike what I was used to with Conicelli Toyota, where you get everything in one shot. This is my 4th Toyota car; I got the 3 from Toyota Springfield, where I had no problems. I did the mistake of leaving them for Ardmore. Will never go there again. I have proof of all of that. More

We just took delivery this week on a new 2024 RAV-4 Prime PHEV and couldn’t have been more pleased with the purchase experience at Ardmore Toyota. Our salesmen, Ray Lopez was extremely helpful, informative, PHEV and couldn’t have been more pleased with the purchase experience at Ardmore Toyota. Our salesmen, Ray Lopez was extremely helpful, informative, low pressure and up front throughout the process. There weren’t any questions he couldn’t answer immediately. We have purchased quite a few new and used cars over the years from multiple different brands and can honestly say this was probably the smoothest, lowest stress purchase experience we’ve had. We started looking for our RAV-4 over the summer. We checked out the DealerRater website to find the highest rated Toyota dealers in the area and Ardmore was one of them, for good reason. We sent a blind request to Ardmore with some questions and Ray responded right away. There weren’t any of the Prime models on the lots even to take a test drive so it took some time to hunt one down to drive. In October we finally found a used one to drive and liked them. Ardmore happened to have the color and model we were looking for but it was still in production. We then reached out to Ray and put a deposit on it to hold it. Ray was clear that if we didn’t like the car once it came in or decided not to purchase, we’d get our deposit back. When we took delivery, we were also impressed with how thorough Ray was in reviewing the car’s features and setting up the infotainment system and other electronics. He really took the time to be sure we were comfortable with the car before driving it off the lot. A word about Ardmore’s no haggle pricing. I suppose this can be good or bad, but no one was discounting the RAV-4 Prime anyway as they were being sold before they hit the lots, so it worked out fine for us. Ardmore does offer discounts on models that sit on their lot too long and those are advertised up front on their site. We did, though, appreciate not having to sit at the dealership and go back and forth with a salesperson and the sales manager on price. Also much appreciated was that we really only dealt with Ray for the entire process. We didn’t negotiate a deal with him, then get handed off to the finance manager to sell us a list of extras we didn’t need or want, or get handed off to the sale manager to finalize the deal. Needless to say, we won’t hesitate to recommend Ray and Ardmore Toyota to anyone. They’re really a great dealership and if you’re in the market for a new or used Toyota, don’t hesitate to check them out. Refreshing to see some dealers deploying a new sales model and not the same process used 30-40 years ago. More

Hello consumers, I would just like to share my experience with Ardmore Toyota. I’ve had 3 Toyota sienna’s. I currently have a 2019. Whenever my van is due for service I always take it to Ardmore Toyota. For with Ardmore Toyota. I’ve had 3 Toyota sienna’s. I currently have a 2019. Whenever my van is due for service I always take it to Ardmore Toyota. For many years the service experience has always been great. I also have a 2021 Lexus LC500. It’s also a Toyota Product. I asked the service director Josh if they could service my Lexus, he said yes that they could provide all of my service needs. I’m very picky about my Lexus. (It cost over $100,000.00) I trust the service director and the technician that usually works on my van. So I decided to let them service my LC500. And again they provided excellent service. Going forward, I’ll let Ardmore Toyota service my Lexus. Keep up the good work Ardmore Toyota. More
