Arceneaux Ford - Service Center

Don't seem to want or need the business I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Plat I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Platinum but that I had an extended warranty good for another year Bumper to Bumper the best warranty you could buy. I was told by the service advisor that they would have to investigate why the sunroof was not working and who was at fault. I said what do you mean who was at fault I just pushed the button to open it and I heard a loud noise and it broke. He said well I can't guarantee that you won't be charged and maybe you would refer to bring it to some other dealership for service. This is not the kind of service department that I would care to bring my truck to and I would advise others not to either. More
