We went to the dealership and Steve came out to meet us promptly. He was very friendly and was able to work with what we wanted in our car purchase. (These things could not have been said about the Subaru dealership.) We test drove a 2011 Santa Fe and were VERY impressed at the performance for cash value. I even told my father "I hate to admit it but I like this car." We got back and were in the midst of financing when we realized that it didn't have AWD. So instead of trying to sell us something we didn't want, Steve immediately showed us one of the Santa Fe's with AWD. We left the dealership in less than 90 minutes because he made the process go very smoothly. I have already recommended Arapaho Hyundai (specifically Steve) to a friend who's looking at buying a car. I appreciate this dealership and Steve very much! thanks, More
I loved working with Steven because he is knowledgeable about Hyundais and he seems very sincere and respectful my needs and concerns. As a woman, it is always hard to know whether a car salesperson has yo about Hyundais and he seems very sincere and respectful my needs and concerns. As a woman, it is always hard to know whether a car salesperson has your best interests in mind. What I appreciated about Steven was that he LISTENED to my concerns and he ADDRESSED them with sincerity and honesty. I will definitely refer my friends to Steven for their car purchases. I really believed he worked with my best interests in mind. More

I was searching for a Hyundai 2012 Accent hatcbach GS model with a manual transmission. Here in Colorado the manual is not that popular and in the whole country there were 25 total. Eugene and Tim were v model with a manual transmission. Here in Colorado the manual is not that popular and in the whole country there were 25 total. Eugene and Tim were very helpful in finding me a car. The color/options I wanted were not available in CO so they found me one in UT. They explained the price involved with shipping it and advised me that it would be cheaper for me to contact the dealer directly and remove the "middle man". Even though they would lose a sale these 2 were honest and upfront with me. They even sent me the dealer invoice so I would know how much the dealer paid for it. It's hard to find an honest car salesman. When going to Arapahoe Hyundai ask for Tim Hanley or Eugene Kim. More
THis dealer advertise that they had 51 Elantras in stock. When I called, they had 1 (one!!) Arrogant and very rude. More
No hassles, nice easy going sales person. I filled out an online request form to get information on a Hyundai. Leo's response was timely and friendly and made my want to pick up the phone to speak with him. online request form to get information on a Hyundai. Arapah Arapahoe Hyundai really came through for us! After looking at both their new and used car selections, we decided to go with a new 2011 Tucson. Arapahoe Hyundai had the model with features we were looking for in-stock, and the negotiations over price went very smoothly. Everyone we encountered were both friendly and helpful! We never felt pressured. In fact, we left with a great car, at a great price, and will definitely be back for our tune-ups, and future services. Thank you Arapahoe Hyundai! More

I was looking for a Toyota Camry and Arapahoe Hyundai had a used one on their lot. It started off good, the sale was going well and I informed Ray that the keyless entry was not working and he said it was th a used one on their lot. It started off good, the sale was going well and I informed Ray that the keyless entry was not working and he said it was the battery so I went on with the sale. I bought the car and replaced the battery of the keyless entry remote and the system still did not work and I noticed on the drive home the speakers in the rear were blown. I called Ray and he told me to bring it down and they would look at it, so I went down there the next day and he said that he would schedule a service time and let me use a car to go to work. The next available service time was about 5 days so i said ok I will bring it back then, so a day before the service appointment Ray called and said that it is Toyota and they can’t do anything to fix it in their service department. So he said I needed to take it to a Toyota Dealership to get fixed and they could not do anything for me. I was very upset that he gave me the run around with the service department so I asked to speak with his Manager and he got me in contact with Randy O'Rourke the Sales Manager. Randy then informed me that nothing was in writing to fix the problem and they were not obligated to perform any repairs on the vehicle. I finely got him to agree to comp me with some oil changes for half the programming fee for the keyless entry and if the system was bad he would look into the repairs of the system. I tried to get the key programmed through a specialty Toyota Mechanic and the programming did not work and the said the whole system need to be replaced for $800 dollars. I informed Randy of the repairs, so he said he can look into an aftermarket keyless entry system to replace the factory system. He got back in touch with me and said he could get a system installed for $280 but I would have to pay for it but it was a dealer special and the unit was at cost and he had to call in some favors to get the unit at cost and it had to be installed through their service department. I called around to local audio electronic stores and they quoted me the same price. I asked if they would meet me half way and pay 140 and I would pay 140, they then stated for the 100 time that there is nothing in writing and they are not obligated to make any repairs on the vehicle. I informed Randy that the car was advertised with keyless entry, he then informed me that if I wanted to take legal action the advertisement stated the car had keyless entry it did not state the car had a working keyless entry system. I then asked to talk to the General Manager David Zinsmeister and as you can guess, he stated that nothing was in writing. So do not buy a used car with this dealer and if I were in the market for a Hyundai I would find another dealer as well, there service is bad and they are not truthful about the cars and you would be better off with any other dealer. I hope this helps someone who is interested in a new or used car to avoid this dealership. More
