Eugene was friendly and informative and made us feel very comfortable. Eugene also mentioned to us that we could save even more because we could get a military discount. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and I would have to say that this was one of the easiest and stress free sales we have done. Our finance officer was also extremely informative and friendly. There was no pressure on us at all. Rune was quick at getting our paperwork completed so that we could be on our way. We felt as though both Eugene and Rune valued our time and did not waste time and got right down to business. This was our second time purchasing from this dealership. I went into Arapahoe Hyundai with the intent of purchasing a car. Joseph was the first person to great me. He was very friendly and professional. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in as I had spent 3 months researching the car I was interested in. I told him if he couldn't give me a good deal on the car that I wanted then I would buy through a private broker. He worked with me. Once I purchased the car, he spent over an hour showing me all of the different features of the car. He was very informative and I felt he was very educated on the car that I chose. I appreciated the time that he spent showing me the car and I didn't feel rushed at any time. He also asked me if I had any questions. The evening of September 29, 2011 I decided that I needed to look for a new vehicle. The morning of September 30, 2011 I visited 5 dealerships looking for a good vehicle bargain. I met Patrick at noon and to look for a new vehicle. The morning of September 30, 2011 I visited 5 dealerships looking for a good vehicle bargain. I met Patrick at noon and he showed me around the dealership and gave me his contact information. We set up an appointment to meet later in the day because I had to visit a couple more dealerships. Patrick called me back to confirm our appointment for later that day and was very courteous in our communication. Before returning to Arapahoe Hyundai that evening I visited the Ford Dealership down the street and was offered a deal I could not refuse. I had committed to Patrick that I would come test drive an Elantra before I purchased another vehicle from another dealership so I did not purchase the Ford. It’s important to note that I come from a Ford family and I have purchased 5 new Fords since 1996. What can I say, I love my cars!! Long story I returned to the dealership to test drive an Elantra and Patrick sold me a Genesis. That must be a first. Someway somehow Patrick knew that I had been interested in the Genesis since it was launched in 2008 and he asked the right questions to get at my real desires in a vehicle purchase. He did not pressure me, he showed respect, and he helped me figure out what I really wanted and in doing so earned a loyal customer for Hyundai for years to come. The whole dealership was first class and I don’t plan on visiting any other dealerships in the future when I purchase my next vehicle. I worked with Diane for most of the day. She understood very quickly what I was looking for. She was excited about Hyundai and what she had to show me.
