My Wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle, an SUV. I am one that likes to "shop around" you know, don't buy the first thing you see. Must admit, we did do our homework with consumer report, vehix, etc. etc. and fully expected to "shop around" I am a retired career fire fighter, safety in a vehicle being important to me. anyway, a long story short. First stop, Arapahoe Hyundai, Was met by Ms. Dreher, NO PRESSURE< Drove a Santa Fe, the car we decided would work for us If we were to by a Hyundai. Came back, saw the color we wanted, was presented the price, )no trade in on our part) Was a great deal by all standards " (automotive ave. our credit union car buying service) could not come close, and we purchased the vehicle. Lexus owners.(friends) literally cannot believe what we paid and how much we got for our buck!!!!! Will be buying a 2nd one for the family in the near future, from this dealership and this salesperson if she is still there. no reason to go elsewhere!!! P.S. Our experience purchasing a new car from Arapahoe Hyundai was excellent. Our salesperson, Steve, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When we were ready to trade in our old car and purchase the new one, the process was very easy and quick. I feel we were given a very fair deal. This was the sixth car I have purchased Raed. On this visit, the car was for my 16-year-old son who was ready to get his very first car. After explaining our needs to Raed, he worked his inventory to sho visit, the car was for my 16-year-old son who was ready to get his very first car. After explaining our needs to Raed, he worked his inventory to show us the cars that met our criteria in terms of features and price. While we were out on one test-drive, Raed was finding another car for us to consider. By the time we were ready to buy, we felt that we had enough information and enough choices to make an informed decision that was best for us. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking to purchase a new or used car ask to speak to Raed as he definitely breaks the mold in terms of the stereotypes in this industry. I have referred friends to Raed in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you Raed for being there for us once again! More
From the second we got out of the car we were greeted with professionalism and a person who was willing to help us find a car, not a pushy sales man. Leo was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and was very informative when it came to the cars options and features. We walked the lot for about 30 minutes and decided to test drive a 2012 Elantra. It was smooth and was what we were looking for. After the test drive, we sat down with Leo for a few minutes and talked price options. There was no back and forth, he got right to the point and showed us what the car's retail was and what they could sell it for. Although it all sounded good, we still need to sleep on it for a day as to we were comparing it to the Mazda 3 and just wanted to do a little more homework. On sat 10/22/11, we contacted Leo on the phone and let him know we were still interested and might show up later, it did not take long. We came back into the dealership and walked around for a few more minutes before deciding to go in and finalize the deal. Leo was patient was never pushy and was glad to answer any questions or address any concerns. We made one final offer on the car and within minutes, everybody was shaking hands. Finance was quick and painless too, D.J. did good job explaining all of our options and paperwork. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend anyone in the market to buy a new/used car to check out Arapahoe Hyundai and work with Leo. More
