Mr. O'Brien did an outstanding job taking me on a test drive, giving me time to review the vehicles features and costs, and assisting me with the purchase. Quick and Painless I had already worked out a price with Tony ahead of time, so getting in to sign all the paperwork with Ryan and KB was taken care of in about an hour. While they detailed and fueled up my car, I was taken down to the service department and introduced to a few of the techs there. Ryan went through connecting my phone and getting bluelink set-up with me as well as explaining where to change settings. I came back in the next day to get the new car protection plan (they got slammed before I had a chance to discuss it with my husband) and KB took care of it within a few minutes of me walking in the door. John helped me out with a few questions that had cropped up since I'd had some time to play around with the settings, then took me down to service to get scheduled for window tinting and the car protection. Overall it was a pleasant experience. You can tell they are busy (I took that as a good sign from the start), but they don't make you feel rushed or stressed out. Dropping my car off and getting a loaner car was simple and straight forward, I was able to get back to work within 30 minutes of my service appointment. More
