They have earned my repeat business because they have handled everything so well each time. Bernard Blake gets special mention too because he was my first salesman I ever worked with on my first lease in 2013. I contacted him before I came in for these recent purchases but because of my last minute and limited schedule he was not available to help me. He was the epitome of professionalism and customer service. He never once tried to delay my schedule to get the sale himself but instead graciously answered my after hours texts, pointed me to another sales rep, and checked on me when he got in that day to see how I was doing...all with a big smile on his face. In the often cut throat world of sales, this is more than amazing. Many sales folks I've worked with before would have done everything they could to delay me and/or steal the sale. This is just another reason I will be a life long Arapahoe Hyundai customer. The finance manager on this sale was also friendly and courteous, even when I said no to the "extras" offered. He presented the options in a professional and logical way but didn't try to belittle or demean me when I said no...again not the normal experience I've encountered at other dealerships.
