I went back to Leo to see if he could help me find a reliable used car for my granddaughter. He found me a 2006 Hyundai Sonata that was owned by someone like me. It was super clean and had perfect maintenance records. Just brought in that day. I got a great price on the car and super financing. I feel very good about this car and feel my granddaughter will be safe and hopefully have very few, if any maintenance issues with this car. Miracle Workers I went in to this experience with very little faith of a dealership working with me as I had a vehicle that was kill me monthly with a high payment an I went in to this experience with very little faith of a dealership working with me as I had a vehicle that was kill me monthly with a high payment and crushing me with a mountain of negative equity. Chris and Bjorn put their minds together and managed to come up with a plan which ended up getting my wife and I into two brand new vehicles and lowered our overall month vehicle payment. The entire experience with Arapahoe Hyundai was superior to all previous purchase experiences and they actually genuinely cared about helping my wife and I out versus just making a sale. John was patient, helpful and professional. 5 The Good: The salesman I worked with was John Francis O'Hanlon and he was a great person to work with. He was dour, accusatory, condescending and bullying. In hindsight, I should have walked out of the dealership after talking with him. Final Verdict Due to my experience with the person in finance, I will never buy another car from this dealership. More
