Great sales folks Our sales guy Seth was so great! He was patient and friendly. He knew his cars and was very attentive. I Had to bring my 3 & 10 y/o with me. Arapahoe Hyundai eliminated the scratches no questions asked and did a great job detailing the car again for the ECP Plus protection that was applied during this service visit. I had a free loaner car during the application. I am upgrading my Quality review from 4 to 5 stars as my new Tucson, purchasing and now service experience deserve 5 stars. Original review: "The only reason I didn't give 5 Star for everything including Quality is we noticed a number of small, uniform light scratches along one side of vehicle upon bringing home that I do not recall seeing before went to final detail. Thought maybe they were tape lines from transportation cover, but don't seem to come off easily. I believe they can be buffed and will certainly give Arapahoe Hyundai opportunity to correct as I take my car in tomorrow. I think these should have been identified and pointed out to me. I will reply upgrading to 5 Stars for Quality if they handle appropriately. Car is amazing and overall sales experience was excellent." More
