I went to Arapaho Hyundai for a recall appointment that I made. I pulled in and Brian McClure came up to my car window. He could not find my apartment that I made on the Friday before. I fallowed him to his desk and he made me wait about 10 minutes as he did nothing to make my new appointment. He told me now I have an appointment because it was done by someone who knew what they were doing. Then he forcefully told me to get into my car and leave. Then he came back up to my car window. He then told me to go out the garage and take a left out of the lot. He also told me to not be a dumb xxx and side swipe the cars. Then he said hopefully they let me leave. Purchase a 2021 GV80 in mid November 2021. Put $10,000 down financed the balance withe their finance manager Bill Surina. He assured me all was In Process and I should have the finance paperwork before December 28th. And if not I would have to make a payment by 12/28. Since then left over 10 phone messages with finance manager and general manager but no One had called back to explain the delay. No customer service. More

We purchased a 2021 Palisade In June from Arapahoe Hyundai, finance director Bill Surina told us that we should purchase the Risktheory total protection package in case we need a new windshield or we Hyundai, finance director Bill Surina told us that we should purchase the Risktheory total protection package in case we need a new windshield or we need to remove some scuffs or dents ( we bought the white car). Bill also told us he has a customer who is on his 5th windshield because Palisade's windshields are bad and get damaged pretty easy, also there is no limit on how many claims you can file. In August we travel to the mountains and a small pebble hit our windshield we notice a small 3-inch crack on our windshield, I called Risktheory total protection and was told it's not covered and we need to call Arapahoe Hyundai. Also, a guy from Risktheory total protection told me they received so many calls from customers who purchase protection plans, and he doesn't understand why the FINANCE DEPARTMENT AT THIS DEALERSHIP is giving customers false information. I've emailed and called our salesman Rami, he try to help but I guess it was out of his control. Bill finally answered my phone call after 1 month and promises me he will order a new windshield and it should be ready for the last week of October because it's back-ordered. I told him we are leaving for a vacation at the end of October and will be back in November, Bill said no worries when you back call me and your windshield will be here waiting for you. Starting November 7, 2021, I left 6 messages for Bill Surina, send him 2 emails, left messages for general manager James Crowley, left messages for general sales manager Albert Risch NUMEROUS TIMES, and have gotten no response. Today I called again to speak with the general manager ( he was very busy) so whoever pick up the phone told me that the dealership was sold on October 26, 2021, and they don't responsible for whatever happened before that day. Secretary at Arapahoe Hyundai told me I have to call Risktheory total protection package BECAUSE THEY ARE LYING, THEY HAVE TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD, THEY KNOW COMPANY ( DEALERSHIP) WHERE I PURCHASE MY CAR IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS). I'm beyond frustrated at this point, I will file a complaint with Colorado Auto Industry Division maybe this will help somehow. Do not buy any protection plan thru this dealership it's not worth your time and money! What they do is deceptive trade practice, bait and switch advertising, I will file a complaint with a dealer board sometime next week! More
I recently purchased a used car from Arapahoe Hyundai after car troubles with another car I have that drastically impacted my ability to go to work and take my son to school without spending all my money after car troubles with another car I have that drastically impacted my ability to go to work and take my son to school without spending all my money on Uber. I walked away feeling relieved that Arapahoe Hyundai had a car in my price range and that they represented that I was being "taken care of," and my worries would be no more. I even bought an extended warranty from them for $3000 extra dollars just wanting to make sure my bases were covered. Not even a day after I drove it off the light the tire pressure light was on, the check engine light was on, I found out the AC didn't work, the brakes were squeaky, the speed odometer was broke, and the check engine light was on. Before buying the car, I did a test drive and even had others check it out and none of these issues existed. Nevertheless, I took my car to a shop and they said they could not honor the warranty because I didn't drive a certain # of miles (this was not stated in negotiations). So, I brought it to Hyundai's service department where I was once again reassured everything would be fixed and okay. I was without transportation for about a week during the repairs when I called Hyundai and was told that they hadn't even started working on my car yet. After more discussions my car was taken into service, I was given a loaner, and I waited an additional two weeks for the repairs to conclude. After I got my car back there were no service lights on so I assumed everything was fine. Just a few days ago my check engine light is back on and my brakes are squealing. I took my car to a brake place today and was quoted $2250, nearly the price of the warranty, for brakes, a "very bad" axle bend and leak, amongst other deficiencies. This was AFTER Hyundai claimed to fix everything and couldn't even get me a service repair sheet listing the repairs. The only reason I went to Hyundai is because my grandparents are longtime customers and have spent THOUSANDS with them and have been getting new cars every couple of years for at least the past six. My grandpa has called repeatedly to assist me in getting this rectified only to be dismissed and hung up on. Not only will AH be losing one of their best customers as a result of all of this but I will be pursing all legal options against them. More
