In contrast to other dealerships I visited before, once my son and I got off the car I was approached by James Brown in a very courteous and polite manner to learn about the reason for my visit. During the "mandatory" small talk session I realized that James was not only very knowledgable about the cars and purchase process, but also his bilingual (German / American) background which turned out to be an excellent base for our further discussion. Based on the input I provided him, with absolutely no pressure he developed excellent options and alternatives, which also included to buy out the current lease immediately - a very big, pleasant surprise to me. I could not resist and finalized a spectacular deal with James and Arapahoe Hyundai. As everybody knows, the worst part of purchasing a new car is always the involved paperwork. Not only managed the entire Arapahoe Hyundai team this ver efficient and professional (never got bored or had to wait longer than 5 minutes, they also perfectly entertained in the meantime my 7 year old sun who really can get very annoying once he is bored. In summary, looking back 25 years, this by far was the best ever car purchase experience I had. Accordingly, I can only say the best about James Brown, the entire Arapahoe Hyundai team and highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. More

Lee was an absolute professional and was not overly pushy or your 'typical' car salesmen. He was at my door almost as soon as I got out of my car on the lot but not in negative way, more in a helpful and respectful manner as he was ready and willing to assist. I think the finance portion could have gone smoother ( more detail and faster ) but it was busy and KB helped me out as quickly as possible. I hope that when I need to get my car serviced it goes this well. So far, I am a happy customer. More
