A couple of months ago I tried to deal with Yoseph at Shortline Hyundai. He was arrogant and treated me as if I was not a serious buyer. Not the case with Chris he was attentive courteous knowledgeable and professional. It was because of these actions and the great deal offered that I decided to buy the Veloster on the spot.
