Except for the tax I knew the price I was going to pay for the car when I got there. John had the day off when I came but Chris did a great job in explaining things and I am still working on trying to remember all the features of my car. Was very helpful and set up my bluetooth and showed me a bunch of things. Some I am still learning. So I would highly recommend dealing with either one of those online and on phone before you go in they will get you the best price possible. Now regarding the finance department I would say beware . He had the forms and all set up so it would not take to long since we where there for hours already . But boy if you don't buy the supplemental insurance on your new car he will get very pushy and try to sell it to you for good. So beware, did not think that was at all professional , made me second guess if I made a mistake in my purchase , and if this car will break down any minute. Really overshadowed the whole great experience before. More
