The Sales Agent, Moses Solomon was excellent. He was well knowledged in his job. He was very polite, patient and answered all our questions. He was very easy to work with. However when it came to working with the Credit Finance Officer, Edgar Felix, he was very rude and dishonest. We first arrived at Arapahoe Hyundai, in Denver, CO at 3:00 PM. WE didn't get out until 11:30, P. M. The negotiation process was very stressful and too much pressure. We made a decision on a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe, SEL. The price tag on the window was $32,825.00. with a $1000.00 discount on any New Hyundai purchased. Plus Moses, promised he would give us the Cross rails, Tint for the windows and a clear bra for the hood for FREE. He said he would make us happy with our new car. They offered me $3000.00 on my 2012, Sonata, Hybrid. I refused this offer. (Kelly Blue book listed it between 6-7K.) The next offer was $5,000.00 trade in. However they raised the price tag of the Santa Fe by $3000.00. It was now $35825.00, of course we refused. They continued to come back and forth with different offers. After so much stress and pressure at 10:00 PM, my husband said we were going to leave. We were tired and we had an hour and a half drive home. Of course they made one last ditch effort and we settled on the price of $33,825 plus $350.00. We had to pay half of the price of the supposedly Free Cross rails Moses, the sales agent promised to give us. Plus they now refused to give us the Free Tint and Clear Bra too. While we were signing the papers for the car with Edgar, he made the rude comment of I'll be lucky if I make it home by Midnight. He was explaining the forms to us very quickly and practically throwing them at us to sign. When he came to one form he said it was for the credit approval they gave us. I began reading it and it had to do with Domestic Terrorism and Money Laundering. He got ticked off when I told him it had nothing to do with credit. He continued to lie about the form. When we finished signing the forms he got up in a hurry and left without saying anything. He didn't thank us, shake our hand, congratulate us and he didn't give us the new car kit that they give their customers. We didn't know we were finished until we saw him through the window driving off in his car. I believe he said the form was for credit approval because we put down 17K in cash down payment and it's a Government reporting form. He could have been honest about the form. The reason we gave a cash down payment was because we had been to Carvanna and they require hard cash as a payment. In all we lost out on the $1000.00 Discount. We paid an extra 1000.00 that was not on the sticker price plus the Free Cross rails, Bra and Tint. This is false advertisment about the $1000.00 discount on any New Hyundai. I would not recommend Arapahoe Hyundai, to anyone. I also wish I had read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, before we went there. I just hope that you do not penalize Moses Solomon for Edgar Felix's rudeness and dishonesty. When we first got there Mason, asked us if we needed help. He went inside to get us a price on a used vehicle and never came back. Moses asked him if he was helping anyone and he said no. Instead he went to help some white people. (I guess he didn't want to help the Hispanics who purchased a Brand New 2021. His Loss!) I would give Edgar Felix, 0 stars. More
