My car has been consuming oil for a few months now.. when I called a few months ago to make the appointment. I was told I was passed my warranty (102,000) and I would have to pay for a diagnostic and anythin I called a few months ago to make the appointment. The phone call wasn’t very promising and I was frustrated when I went to drop off my car because I was afraid of what it was gonna cost and mad because I felt I was not appreciated as a loyal customer who has purchase more than one car and referred friends and family there. Once I got there, the lady that helped me was very nice and professional. She explained everything clear and followed up like she said she would. I wasn’t charged the diagnostic fee and they have come up with a plan to find out exactly what’s going on with my car. I’m very happy with the service and treatment I received. And I’m confident that whatever it’s wrong with my car , Hyundai Arapahoe will take care of me every step of the way. More
I bought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra wagon used from this dealership in 2013 and bring it back there for regular maintenance. Never have had a problem. The dealership is actually great!
