The person I dropped my car off was very nice. I went in due to having a check engine light on and was told they couldn't look at it even for about 6 weeks. He even asked for my car to be hooked up to at least know what would be pulled up so I could have some piece of mind. Both people I worked with were very friendly and kind. The 1st person just didn't seem as knowledgeable as the 2nd. More
They “lost” my daughters loan,waited 2months, nothing was sent to us on where to make our payment and we had to call them and no one seemed to know where the loan was. Then they told her to just make a paym sent to us on where to make our payment and we had to call them and no one seemed to know where the loan was. Then they told her to just make a payment to them, now her payment is lost that she made to the dealership and she is getting charged late fees from the bank we didn’t choose to begin with.my daughter was pre approved when we walked in there but they insisted on going with another lender. Should have listened to my gut, but my daughter needed a car. We were “played” the entire time we were there. Poured on the charm then screwed us over. Bad dealership, beware!!! More

My airbag light began going off and when I called to get an appointment I was told there was nothing until the end of September. This being a major safety issue I went into the service department without an appointment. Alex jumped in and was able to squeeze me in within the same week and the issue was resolved. Thank goodness because they had to replace an airbag module and if I had gotten into an accident my airbag system would have been deactivated! Thanks Alex you were amazing to work with! My only complaint has nothing to do.with the service I received but with the fact that even with a major safety issue there were no available immediate appointments when I called the 1st time and it seemed as though the person on the phone could care less that it was a safety concern. This should be more of a priority. More
I came in with the intention of starting to shop for a new vehicle after getting my car serviced. I spoke with Lander (sales) and he said tradeins were exceptionally high right now. After I got my car from service I stopped back in to get a tradein estimate. Lander was with a customer so I asked if someone else could help me. I have him my Vin # and was dismissed with "we'll give you whatever book is". It was not a good experience so I left without looking more. I bought my 2013 Accent there new. I'll be buying my new vehicle elsewhere as a result of this. More
