The dealership is understaffed and we had to wait almost 5 hours for paperwork to be printed to purchase our leased vehicle. The salesman Devin kept telling us it would be 15-20 mins and then just left us s 5 hours for paperwork to be printed to purchase our leased vehicle. About a week later, Devin sent me a text message saying the lease was almost up and would love to discuss our options. I responded to the text asking if there was a problem with the paperwork because we paid cash and bought the vehicle. Devin never bothered to respond back. I felt Devin gave very poor customer service. More

This was my second time working with Arapahoe Hyundai. Devin was absolutely wonderful to work with. It can be pretty stressful and overwhelming going to get a new car.
