I would say in general I'm not happy with my car purchase. I felt coerced into purchasing a third party warranty, and the gas mileage on the vehicle is far worse than the specs. I brought it in for repair and they told me nothing's wrong. I'm averaging 18 or 19 miles per gallon in a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo with only 20,000 miles on it. That's a mix of half highway & half city, it's worse than a full size truck. I doubt I'll keep the vehicle more than a year unless they can acknowledge something's wrong and fix it. More

Albert is a dishonest, unethical, rude car salesman who will say anything to close a sale. I had a serious accident and chose to purchase another Santa Fe. They showed me a book of Santa Fe's and clearly s will say anything to close a sale. I had a serious accident and chose to purchase another Santa Fe. They showed me a book of Santa Fe's and clearly stated that all of them were EXACTLY the same model as my original Santa Fe with the EXACT same features. They completely and totally lied. I contacted the dealership many times and was finally directed to speak with Albert. He believed the Porras brother's account of my Santa Fe purchase rather than my account. I explicitly requested the EXACT SAME SUV WITH THE EXACT SAME SAFETY BREAK SYSTEM. And that is definitely not the SUV that I received. After the purchase, one of the Porras brothers told Albert that I selected the second Santa Fe based on budget. They will do anything to close a sale. They should be ashamed of themselves. They represent every single slimy car salesman characteristic. I have contacted the Hyundai corporate office. More
