Thank you for your feedback. A Global Computer Chip inventory shortage has SEVERELY limited our current and future inventory supply (ESPECIALLY Hybrid vehicles). As with almost any items/materials that are high and demand and low in supply, premiums on certain vehicles that are in inventory are in effect. These same vehicles are often valued at or above MSRP on the PRE-OWNED market. We look forward to a time when supplies return to normal, in the meantime we understand your decision to purchase elsewhere (if you can even find inventory). We priced out the vehicle we wanted on Hyundai's website with the car payment calculator. The only thing that wasn't included when we used the calculator was the $4000 markup over MSRP (which other dealerships do NOT add) and the taxes. Even when I plugged in the extra $8000 for the taxes and upcharge to the calculator, the car payment we were quoted was still several hundred dollars more a month than Hyundai's calculator. We were never given the interest rate, but we told our salesperson that our credit was in the 800's so we should have qualified for the 2.99% that Hyundai was quoting us and your finance department never even came close to the payment we were seeing and expected. We have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealerships and have NEVER left feeling the way we did on Saturday. Just feels like a total rip off and we have many wonderful choices in the Denver metro area and we will gladly take our business elsewhere. I would advise any of my friends/family/community to do the same. For the price per month we were quoted at your dealership, we were able to find an Audi plug-in hybrid, so yes we did make a purchase elsewhere.

*it also would be nice if your website reflected your available inventory. We drove a long way to look at what we thought were several available vehicles to find that you had none of what your website advertised actually available. Just another disappointment.

Amy, Thank you for the additional information. The amortization used, was using a better than average rate of 3.99% (which we usually do not use unless credit has been verified, as it is not uncommon for credit scores from "other" sources to be off by 50-100pts). Without knowing what details you are using, it is very difficult for me in assisting you in finding an error. On the subject of our website, all of our current inventory is listed (with badges listing *IN-TRANSIT* when applicable). It is possible that the vehicle that you came in to look at, was one of the 40+ we sold this weekend. Happy to read that you found a vehicle that met/exceeded your expectations elsewhere.
