Pretty disappointed with the experience. Also said we would receive $400 credit towards in home charging install or charging credit, which was also a lie. Didn’t find out that was untrue until after signing for the sale. Could not capably tell us the difference between different trim levels. Abysmal performance on her part. Also would disappear for long intervals during the sales process with a cheerful “be right back!” Only to be gone for over 1/2 hour or more. More
