Still surprises me that my truck is not Vacuumed at service Most dealerships that have serviced different vehicles always vacuum. I had to have a my windshield replaced. Never been to that business before. Most dealerships that have serviced different vehicles always vacuum. I had to have a my windshield replaced. Never been to that business before. They vacummed my truck. Auto Plex is the only one that has serviced my car and NEVER vacuumed it. It was NOT excessively dirty. I read that sign. That is the one think that confuses me. Crazy money ! I took my truck in for alignment bout 2 months ago an I need oil change so I said why not . 1st alignment is 135.00 no warranty on that an oil change I took my truck in for alignment bout 2 months ago an I need oil change so I said why not . 1st alignment is 135.00 no warranty on that an oil change is just that oil change . Washer fluid empty afterward , no water was added for radiator also . But there was a checklist an it was marked off that it was checked . Last week I hit a pretty big pot hole an alignment went off . I called Them and told them that I had this problem before because upper control bolts came loose before from another place an right away it’s like well something s going on , you probably need new part . I said no , front end is new . Oh he said , I asked if they could maybe meet me 1/2 way on price an it was like right away , well no guys gotta get paid . After I picked up truck I was told to quit 4 wheeling ! Wow ! Quit charging so much an not doing work ! More

Slow and Disorganized I took my truck in for a recall for a seat belt issue. It took over 2 hours. I happened to notice that my truck was sitting in the parking lot. Whe I took my truck in for a recall for a seat belt issue. It took over 2 hours. I happened to notice that my truck was sitting in the parking lot. When I asked the service rep about it, she had no idea that the truck was finished. It took her an additional 20 minutes to find my keys. The dealership seems to be very disorganized. More

Bad service Recently bought my Tahoe to get it checked out for the check engine light and service air bags light. Dropped it off on Saturday november 23 2019 by M Recently bought my Tahoe to get it checked out for the check engine light and service air bags light. Dropped it off on Saturday november 23 2019 by Monday 25they called me to get an aproval to work on it, I gave them the ok and never heard from them again. Called them back on Saturday the 30 and left a message but none got back with me. Called them on Monday December 2nd and talked to someone which took a message and again nobody got back with me, called them again on Tuesday December 3rd and same thing. Got so frustrated by Wednesday that I demanded to speak to someone or get some report of the progress on my car. They finally told me that there was no updates if it had been work on or not so just picked up my Tahoe and nothing was done to it. Worst experience I had, I've been there before and everything worked out just fine. More

Poor service time. I took my car in for minor service and it took them 10 hours to get me my car back.
