I am extremely unhappy I brought my truck in for a recall fix! The first time there was a replacement of the factory part but the tech failed to test the fix (missing fuse and reprogramming) I explained this fix! The first time there was a replacement of the factory part but the tech failed to test the fix (missing fuse and reprogramming) I explained this to the rep many times brought it back in and they worked on what they said was another recall issue but never addressed the reason I had the appointment! They took my keys to fix the problem I Waited 1 hr and went to the service desk Laura left for lunch and tech who was supposed to fix it right away had left on a test drive I left this is not the type of service that is acceptable More

Tire rotation not performed correctly on R O Num. 6134152/1 TPMS sensors were not matched to the tires after they were moved. Tires were not rotated per the manufactures instructions from page 10-67 of owner's TPMS sensors were not matched to the tires after they were moved. Tires were not rotated per the manufactures instructions from page 10-67 of owner's manual. Most importantly, none of the lug nuts were tightened to the manufactures required 140 ft-lbs and 7 lug nuts (some from each wheel) were tightened at less than 10 ft-lbs (essentially finger tight). THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. I do not trust this dealership's service department. Laura Canales informed me that I need to return to Aransas Autoplex to receive my $21.60 refund for service not performed.
