Service department is the worst. The guys are rude and uninformed. They are condescending and arrogant. Add in any other derogatory remarks you can think of. Is that enough words for you. Took in for an oil change and tire rotation. Called and told me they could not rotate tires as they could not find the wheel lock. Offered to knock it off and install a new one. Told them no, just forget told me they could not rotate tires as they could not find the wheel lock. Offered to knock it off and install a new one. Told them no, just forget the tire rotation. When I picked up the car I opened the glove box an guess what. There in plain site was the wheel lock. Glad I didnt waste my $$$ on a new wheel lock. More

I am extremely unhappy I brought my truck in for a recall fix! The first time there was a replacement of the factory part but the tech failed to test the fix (missing fuse and reprogramming) I explained this fix! The first time there was a replacement of the factory part but the tech failed to test the fix (missing fuse and reprogramming) I explained this to the rep many times brought it back in and they worked on what they said was another recall issue but never addressed the reason I had the appointment! They took my keys to fix the problem I Waited 1 hr and went to the service desk Laura left for lunch and tech who was supposed to fix it right away had left on a test drive I left this is not the type of service that is acceptable More
