This was a very long repair process. The Autoplex had my parts quickly but spend 4 weeks trying to find a technician to install them. During this time Ashley only communicated with me The Autoplex had my parts quickly but spend 4 weeks trying to find a technician to install them. During this time Ashley only communicated with me when I called him. I think he should have called me from time to time with updates instead. He knew I needed my car as well. More
