Tried to upcharge me on a fuel pump ? Like what!?! Said oily substance in fuel and charge me almost $1300 just for the fuel pump. Did not have answers when calling. Had to call multiple times to get someone to answer my calls. When paying the lady with the bad hair do closest to the front door was very rude and has attitude. Not even able to look me in my face just passing me paper and pen to sign. At this location for 3 business days to get the same error codes I was getting on my GMC app. Soon as getting vehicle to new dealership to get service. Turns out fuel pump with burnt and was under warranty. Called next business day with updates. When collecting my vehicle to transfer to new location. Heater was on in my car at 74 degrees when it was already in the 80’s outside. Back right tire has a slice on the side that was not caused before arrival. Forced to drive around cars to exit because after other customer dropped off their vehicle, attended said was going to get keys to move other vehicle but came back and waved me to go around instead of moving vehicle like stated before. More
