Great service department!! Ashley the service advisor was outstanding!! I was traveling and my diesel broke down. They were only dealer in 60 miles willing to help me out. Brought my 2013 GMC Pickup in for service recall notice to replace the passenger side air bag inflator. I haf a 2pm appointment. As soon as I arrived the Service Advisor took care of me. He said the repair to replace the passenger side air bag inflator. I haf a 2pm appointment. As soon as I arrived the Service Advisor took care of me. He said the repair time would be approximately 1.5 hours. The Service Advisor made arrangements to have me driven home. About an hour later he called and said my vehicle was ready and he would send a courtesy vehicle to pick me up. Now that’s Five Star Service. I like doing business with Aransas Autoplex. More
