I took my 2021 3500 High Country duramax in for an oil change,filter and lubrication. They never greased a fitting on it. When I spoke to the service manager this morning he made it sound like I was mista change,filter and lubrication. They never greased a fitting on it. I moved to Rockport in November 2021 & knew I had to get my truck in for a Recall repair. I called & was given a quick appt. Ashley, from the Service Dept was very helpful.
