I took my 2021 3500 High Country duramax in for an oil change,filter and lubrication. They never greased a fitting on it. When I spoke to the service manager this morning he made it sound like I was mista change,filter and lubrication. They never greased a fitting on it. I just think it's a poor way to handle service. More

I moved to Rockport in November 2021 & knew I had to get my truck in for a Recall repair. I called & was given a quick appt. Ashley, from the Service Dept was very helpful. Great service department!! Ashley the service advisor was outstanding!! I was traveling and my diesel broke down. They were only dealer in 60 miles willing to help me out. Gave me a ride back and picked was outstanding!! I was traveling and my diesel broke down. They were only dealer in 60 miles willing to help me out. Gave me a ride back and picked me up where I was staying. Got my truck right in and fixed in a day and a half. Amazing service and people working there made me feel right at home.
