Aransas Autoplex - Service Center

Had a oil change service. Mgr suggested an air and cabin filter change. He told me there was a $10 rebate on each. When I submitted GM rejected because of aftermarket non approved parts. 3 phone calls to de filter change. He told me there was a $10 rebate on each. When I submitted GM rejected because of aftermarket non approved parts. 3 phone calls to dealer later the mgr. admitted using aftermarket parts. After more calls they offered a $20 rebate on another service. How confident am I after this that anything was done? I'm a winter Texan and maybe they figured they wouldn't see me again. Tried to report to a GMC rep. Anyway..stay away from their service. More

It took more then a few calls to get appointment set up. Somehow the recall was not made. Once appointment was set I called day before and it was verified. It was very easy to set up my appointment. The service department was running on time when I arrived. They offered me a ride and gave me a Lift to where I needed to go.
