For some reason the mechanics don’t feel that they have put grease in the grease fittings when they do an oil change on trucks. It has happened before again this trip. I still don’t think all fittings were put grease in the grease fittings when they do an oil change on trucks. It has happened before again this trip. I still don’t think all fittings were greased after they took it back to finish the job. I will have to redo it myself when I get back home. It’s a sad day when you can’t trust them to do the whole job without me checking when I walk out to leave. It’s very obvious when there is still dirt on the upper ball joints and that can be seen by just looking at the top of the tires. I really feel like the only way that I can get what I pay for will be to watch while the work is being done. The last time before this I had to go with a previous service manager and show the manager and the mechanic where 1 of the grease fittings was. Supposedly factory trained. Right. Please try to improve so that I can TRUST YOU to work on my truck. It’s very frustrating for me to always have to wonder what was really done. More
