Not openminded in accepting possible causes to vehicle issues wasting days for approval before realizing the customer was right. Saying we would receive a small % rental car reimbursement because we did issues wasting days for approval before realizing the customer was right. Saying we would receive a small % rental car reimbursement because we did not use Enterprise and rented larger vehicle. I am disabled and need use of walker and/or wheelchair at times snd was traveling with our family where a small car could not accommodate. GM under the warranty was more understanding and allowed 100% refund. When I first bought the vehicle I even got a ride home from that dealership. BUT for service they told my husband he could rent a car from Enterprise or call Uber. Its pretty damming but the truth. More
