It took the better part of 2 hours to get oil changed. If you take oil? Appointments every half hour how can it possibly take two hours to do an oil Change. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Horrible! Went in for diesel oil change. Took over 1.5 hours. Tech says he had issues getting ft rt tire off. However 3 days later we had to go back in due to Went in for diesel oil change. I was given a completion of Thursday or Friday. Friday morning I was told it would be ready that evening. That evening I was told Saturday or Monday. Monday at 4:45 I was told it was finished. At 5:10 I was called and told they forgot.to do some of the services, so iflt would be Tuesday. I told them don't do anything else and I will pick it up. Poorest quality service ever. Oil change and lube. Tech did not check rear end for oil. Oil filter had no name on it.
