My corvette developed a high-pitched whine, so I called the service department and spoke with Ashley Wirtz. Ashley asked me to stop by so he could listen to it since they couldn't schedule the car for serv the service department and spoke with Ashley Wirtz. Ashley asked me to stop by so he could listen to it since they couldn't schedule the car for service for approximately two weeks out. Once he heard the sound, he was confident what the problem was and to let him know if it got worse prior to my appointment. It did get worse, so he worked me in first thing two days after my call. The part had to come out of Houston so it took a couple days, but Ashley called to let me know the status. He and the others in the service department were extremely professional and personable. More
