Worst Experience Ever I dropped my car off for a front end collision repair and told by Chris that my car would be fixed properly in a few days. At the time, i had a notice I dropped my car off for a front end collision repair and told by Chris that my car would be fixed properly in a few days. At the time, i had a noticeable passenger headlight problem and was told that when they removed my bumper they would take a look at the problem. I then asked to be notified when the bumper was removed so that I could photograph the damages for insurance and personal records and if the headlight was to be replaced that I would want the driver side headlight replaced at the same time and would pay for that separately. I was notified two days later by phone that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I then asked Brandie what the outcome of the headlight was that Chris and I had previously discussed. She asked "what headlight"? I reminded her that they were supposed to check the headlight when the bumper was removed and call me but that never happened. She then said she would check the notes and have someone get back to me. (First time I was told my car was ready and it was not!) Chris called me back the same day and said that they had forgotten about that but he did now remember us previously discussing it. He said he found the headlight to be broken (obviously should have been taken care of previously) and that he would contact my insurance to have them add that on. I received a phone call a few days later that my car was now ready to be picked up. Upon arrival I found that there was significant gap between the bumper and both headlights. The new grille had scratches on it which Chris told me was probably just the way it comes since it is aftermarket (makes no sense). There was (and still is) overspray on the black parts of my bumper (how could this be if they removed it to fix it properly and inspect the headlight)? The passenger side headlight was installed incorrectly and was sticking out over the fender of the car (Chris informed me that it may not fit right because it is not OEM)??? And, the passenger fender was pushed in below the headlight slightly. I told Chris about all of these things and that my car was NOT ready to be picked up. He asked to give him a few minutes and that he would have those things adjusted. I informed him that I would return the next day (Friday) when I got off to check it out. (Second time I was told my car was ready and it was not) Upon returning on Friday I found the headlight to be fixed but all the other problems still existed. I informed Chris that there should not be that amount of bumper gap and the fender was pushed in still. He said that he could not prove that the fender was caused by the accident (obviously, he was not there nor did he cause the accident). I told him my car was not ready and I wanted these things fixed. He then stated "Look the insurance doesn't want to do anything else, they are probably just going to total your car out if you don't take it, then a wrecker will come get it and you'll just have to buy a new one, they didn't even want to do the headlight." I informed him that I would call them if necessary and he said no need, he would notify them. He then told me that most likely they would have to replace the radiator support frame. If it needed that the whole time, why was it never taken into consideration? (Third time I was told my car was ready and it was not) After about a week I was notified for the fourth time that my car was now ready to be picked up. I arrived to get the car and found that they did have to install a new radiator support and other parts to fix the car. The bumper now seemed to be in alignment but the fender is still slightly pushed in below the passenger headlight and there is still overspray on the car. I asked Chris to pop the hood to look at the work that was done. Upon opening the hood, I found the grill to be popping out on one side (Now the fourth time I was told my car was ready and still it was not), Chris asked if he could take it to the back and have them fix the grille and I agreed. I then paid for my so called repairs and took my car home in disappointment knowing that it would not ever be fixed properly by this repair center. When I started my car to leave I noticed the DRL (daytime running light) light was on indicating that I had a bulb burned out from the headlight repair (I paid for a new bulb and installed it myself). I arrived home and upon getting out of my car noticed that the driver side fender had all of the pins removed from it and none of them had been replaced! (I paid for these myself also). I then popped the hood to further check the repairs to the radiator support frame and found where there are bolts missing!!! (Now five times my car has supposedly been ready and still it is not). I now have a car that to date has never been properly repaired and have lost all faith in your business. I will definitely be doing further reviews of your facility and will never recommend this facility to anyone. More

service on auto Had my service appt set for 11:00 AM . I got there at 10:30. I did not get my auto back till around 2: PM. I am planning on trading this auto in for another vehichle but with this type of service don't think I will try to deal with Aransas Auto plex even though I have purchased my last three autos from Auto Plex. Great service department Took my truck in on a Saturday they tried to reset it with limited technicians and informed me it would have to come back in for repair on Monday.
