Oil Problems The service dept people are all very polite and helpful. I have had my 2012 Equinox for almost 6 months. It was using a ton of oil and it has a recall on this problem. Not too happy about this problem and it’s not the Service Dept. fault. I just hope that Aransas Autoplex gets this problem taken care of quickly and hassle free. More

I was a little skeptical about that as to what the price jump would be from just an oil change. So I consented to the check up. But to my surprise, they promised that nothing would be done without my prior consent. And they kept their promise. Great Experience. More

They were able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They even washed it and vacuumed the interior, which was greatly appreciated. We travel with our dog who is a big fur ball. It was great getting into a clean car. More
