Oil Problems The service dept people are all very polite and helpful. I have had my 2012 Equinox for almost 6 months. It was using a ton of oil and it has a recall The service dept people are all very polite and helpful. I have had my 2012 Equinox for almost 6 months. It was using a ton of oil and it has a recall on this problem. Not too happy about this problem and it’s not the Service Dept. fault. I just hope that Aransas Autoplex gets this problem taken care of quickly and hassle free. More

I was a little skeptical about that as to what the price jump would be from just an oil change. So I consented to the check up. But to my surprise, they promised that nothing would be done without my prior consent. And they kept their promise. Great Experience. More
Good service experience We had originally taken our Yukon to another dealership for service. They had it for 3 days and hadn't even looked at it, nor could they tell us when they would. We read the online reviews for Aransas Autoplex and decided to take it there. They were able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They even washed it and vacuumed the interior, which was greatly appreciated. We travel with our dog who is a big fur ball. It was great getting into a clean car. More

Horrible experience Service Tech told me I would need to leave my vehicle entire day for work that needed to be performed. Made arrangements to return another day so service could be performed. I was called a couple hours later after drop off saying nothing wrong with vehicle & to come pick up. Tech acted like my vehicle was supposed to drive this way & that there were no issues. Since then the issue has gotten progressively worse. I drive my vehicle daily. I know what is “normal” & what is not. My vehicle was never even plugged into diagnostic machine for reading. (Had exact same issue a year ago & a reset was needed. After that was done it corrected the issue.) I can’t believe I was treated so poorly by this dept. myself & my family have been loyal customers for many years. More
Service good but not in a timely manner I think the title says it all, we had an appointment at 9:00, we dropped off our car at 9:00, went to eat breakfast, and went to have same service don I think the title says it all, we had an appointment at 9:00, we dropped off our car at 9:00, went to eat breakfast, and went to have same service done to my truck (not having an appointment), returned to pick our car up and had to wait until noon before it was done. We have had to wait like this before also, which is why we opted to go do other things so there would be time for the car to be done, and we still waited longer than we should have. More
