oil change Went for an oil change as a walk in and I didn't see the gentleman's name but he was kind of rude he said no appointment probably wont get it done. This other employee said she can help me and she set me up took my keys set me an appointment for 11:30 am same day. I don't remember any names but I have been with this dealership over 15 years and have purchased at least 8 vehicles. More

Very responsive They were able to troubleshoot an uncommon problem caused when the vehicle was assembled, not a simple thing to do as the vehicle is brand new. Another dismal showing in service I arrived last Friday morning for a part replacement, recall, and oil change. I was asked earlier in the week when I made the appointment if I was goi I arrived last Friday morning for a part replacement, recall, and oil change. I was asked earlier in the week when I made the appointment if I was going to need a shuttle, I responded with 'yes'. An hour after arriving and dropping off the keys, I was given a shuttle back to Portland from Aransas Pass, but only after asking the front desk. No one let me know when a shuttle would be available or that the shuttle was running late. I was given the excuse after the fact that there was only a single driver to shuttle people and pick up parts. I received an automated text message at 1:45pm that my was vehicle was ready to be picked up. I called the service department a few minutes after the text to see what the status of the shuttle was to pick me back up because no one thought it would be prudent to let me know. Robert seemed to not realize I needed a shuttle back and said he'd get on it. I called after an hour of waiting and talked with Ashley and was told that the department didn't know where the shuttle was nor could give me an ETA on said driver. It was two and a half hours after I received the text that Ashley returned my call and said the shuttle was on it's way to me. All in all I was needlessly without a vehicle for almost 8 hours for work that took half the time. Robert didn't really have an answer as to why this was the case and didn't seem too concerned about it. This lack of concern has been a striking pattern with the department as I've been left sitting in the lobby several times for multiple hours without my vehicle even having been looked yet. I have to continually ask for a status. The service department doesn't seem to care. This is why I will discontinue servicing my vehicle here. More
