Your service center needs to work on the quality a customer’s vehicle is returned in. I came in for a headliner airbag recall and an oil change. My vehicle was in and out the same day. I thought aweso customer’s vehicle is returned in. I came in for a headliner airbag recall and an oil change. My vehicle was in and out the same day. I thought awesome a quality dealership got the work done fast. I pick my truck up, stop for gas and notice the headliner is hanging down in the back and there are greasy finger prints all over my headliner. Looks like xxxx, xxxx poor quality. The oil change sticker looks like a joke, hand written with a magic marker. I showed your service folks and they’re like oh yea I see it. I told them not to touch my truck again and left. I’m a retired auto body and paint teacher, my students put out better quality than your service center. So my concern is this, if your techs do such a xxxxty job at their finished product makes me question the work that was performed on my truck. Makes your fancy dealership look like worst service center to bring a vehicle to. I don’t need some dumb xxx calling me to suck up to make it right. You are the first dealership I thought of to get my truck fixed after moving here. I will not be returning. Try to instill quality in your service center. Who is the individual responsibility for the quality a vehicle is returned to the customer? I question the individual because apparently they don’t give a xxxx about their job. There was nothing wrong with my truck prior to bringing to your service center and it’s returned xxxxed up from work performed for a recall of all things. To the general manager, you ok if I test drive a truck and return it damaged and think it ok. I don’t think so. More
