Onstar advised me take my Sierra to a dealership for an engine code. I made the appointment for 10:00 and arrived at 9:45. They chose to change the oil in my truck before checking the codes, and went to engine code. I made the appointment for 10:00 and arrived at 9:45. I had a doctors appointment at 1:30 and couldn’t wait any longer. Upon learning no one had analyzed the code issues, I paid for the oil change and left. It is under warranty, so if it blows up or ruins the engine, I have proof with GM that I tried to resolve the issue and after being in your shop area for nearly three hours, your service department failed to even check it out. More
