I took my 2021 3500 High Country duramax in for an oil change,filter and lubrication. They never greased a fitting on it. When I spoke to the service manager this morning he made it sound like I was mista change,filter and lubrication. They never greased a fitting on it. When I spoke to the service manager this morning he made it sound like I was mistaken. Lost all confidence that even if the oil change was done or just reset the dash. I just think it's a poor way to handle service. More

I moved to Rockport in November 2021 & knew I had to get my truck in for a Recall repair. I called & was given a quick appt. Ashley, from the Service Dept was very helpful. I was also able to get my truck i my truck in for a Recall repair. I called & was given a quick appt. Ashley, from the Service Dept was very helpful.
