My wife and I (from Michigan) are on a cross country trip. A couple of days into the trip, we started having issues with the car heater. Eventually, it didn’t work at all. Since we were going to be spen trip. A couple of days into the trip, we started having issues with the car heater. Eventually, it didn’t work at all. Since we were going to be spending a few days with my sister in Port Aransas, I thought that would be a good place to try to get it fixed. She gave me the name of one place, who referred me to you. We were arriving on a Sunday, and I was able to get an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I left the car there when we arrived on Sunday, and got a call around 8:30 on Monday morning explaining what needed to be done and what it would cost. I then got a text at around 12:30 notifying me that my car was ready for pick up, and at a price slightly lower than I was quoted earlier on the phone. Needless to say, I was very pleased! Thank you. Had a oil change service. Mgr suggested an air and cabin filter change. He told me there was a $10 rebate on each. When I submitted GM rejected because of aftermarket non approved parts. 3 phone calls to de filter change. He told me there was a $10 rebate on each. When I submitted GM rejected because of aftermarket non approved parts. 3 phone calls to dealer later the mgr. admitted using aftermarket parts. After more calls they offered a $20 rebate on another service. How confident am I after this that anything was done? I'm a winter Texan and maybe they figured they wouldn't see me again. Tried to report to a GMC rep. Anyway..stay away from their service. More
