I was never fully acknowledge. There were 3 persons and finally one acknowledge my present. I was never asked what kind of oil I wanted for my vehicle. Overall it was a very poor presentation of personnel serving customers. Need personnel to be more customer oriented. Also if I could use my rewards toward a vehicle wash and was told that they weren't doing that on that day. I was told that they would call me when the vehicle ready for pickup and never received a call. I finally had to call to find out if the vehicle was ready. They had to look up information. The was schedule for service at 1000 and I around 1630 to find out if the vehicle ready. Poor service. Ruben Garza More
