Excellent customer care. I live 30 miles away from the dealership. They worked my repair in from a previus appointment so didn't have a allotted time frame. Service gone South I had an appointment at 1:00pm, truck was not ready until 4:00pm. All that was done was an oil change and cleaned out my washer tip. That's it! The I had an appointment at 1:00pm, truck was not ready until 4:00pm. All that was done was an oil change and cleaned out my washer tip. That's it! The service guy said (when I called to check the status of my truck) they started about 45 mins after I dropped it off. Why set an appointment if this is the case?? Way too long for an oil change. They also reset my fuel filter life span without asking me or being changed. I now have no clue when I need to change it. When I called the service guy about this, he said "it should last about 1500 miles or so". Wrong answer! Right answer- Come in and we will replace it for you. At cost When I made my appointment via phone I mention I needed my Satellite checked out. ( the shark fin on the roof) she said that would not be a problem. When I dropped it off, the service guy said they would not have time. Again, lack of communication. Regarding the appointment: I receive email notifications when service is due. I notice there was an opening this past Friday. I called to make the appointment, the lady that answered the phone said there was nothing available. I mentioned to her there was an opening on the your site. Her response was " Ah, you're right" really!! I can't remember the guys name that was helping me. He's an older gray headed guy (with a beard) that sits on the far left corner of the service counter. I am sure you have ways to determine who he was. I bought my Silverado 2500 High Country truck with your Org from Scotty. Which is no-longer there. I would have reservations purchasing any additional vehicles there in the future. It's all about the service!! Huge miss on your part taking care of loyal customer. More
