Little disappointed Just purchased a used vehicle ~ multi-point inspection prior to purchase ~ then we are told fuel injectors need servicing? Not so awesome this time around. I have come to the service department for all work on my truck I purchased it in 2017 and every visit has exceeded my expectations except my last visi I have come to the service department for all work on my truck I purchased it in 2017 and every visit has exceeded my expectations except my last visit. I stopped by to get a state inspection and have my radio looked at because it had been changing screens intermittently. I decided to wait on the vehicle and three hours later without any indication of status I went to the front desk and asked about my truck. They couldn't find the status in their computer and so they took a trip to the back. After another 15-20 minutes they returned and told me my radio didn't act up in front of them so nothing could be done about that issue and they would get started on my inspection now. THREE HOURS LATER. I typed in the description of my problem in the chevrolet app when making my appointment and specifically stated that either the issue occurs within 10 minutes of turning the vehicle or it doesn't happen at all. My guess is they forgot about my vehicle. I may still be waiting right now had I not asked for the status. While waiting I was also approached by a member of the sales team, Jeremy. He was very intrusive about my vehicle purchase, wanting to know how much I paid per month on my loan. Jeremy was pushy to most of the customers waiting in the service lobby. More

Friendly, knowledgeable...The best experience buying a car I was at Autoplex for my mom’s car. As I was waiting a kind young man sat down and started a conversation. My wife and I had a particular car and color that we wanted, and we found online that Aransas Autoplex was one of the only dealerships in the country My wife and I had a particular car and color that we wanted, and we found online that Aransas Autoplex was one of the only dealerships in the country who had it in stock. We live north of Dallas , so we really needed someone to work with us online, to verify it’s color, condition, and availability, and to price it for us before we made the 8-hour drive from home. We connected with Jeremy Steinmeyer and he bent over backwards to handle everything for us. He sent us photos and videos of the vehicle, answered our questions, and then got us a great price on the car, and even got us a great price on our trade-in before we ever left Dallas. When we arrived in Aransas the next day, we found everything ready for us, took a test drive, and signed the papers. There were no surprises and we paid exactly what we had agreed to in our long distance communications, right to the penny. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and friendly and we couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle and the process of getting it. More
